Teen Program Director, Moses Youth Center
Cambridge raised Tyrell Dortch is a Father, Youth Worker and Educator. Tyrell is currently the Teen Program Director at the Moses Youth Center based out of Cambridge Youth Programs. He is also Co-Founder and the Director of the Boys II Men’s Leadership Empowerment Program.  With over 10 years of youth work experience, Tyrell is motivated by his own and observed living experiences, he brings a passion which is grounded by his dedication to inspire, influence, and make an everlasting impact on the lives of the young people. Tyrell is a first-generation college student who received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College and a Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management from Boston University’s School of Business. Tyrell recently completed a certificate program with Harvard Graduate School of Education centered around Critical Consciousness of Racism and Racial Injustice.
