Jean Rogers

Fresh Pond Reservation
Chief Ranger
Cambridge, MA
Chief Ranger Jean Rogers has worked at Fresh Pond over the last 25 years acting as the protector and connector of the wild (animals, insects, birds and plants) and not so wild (humans, their children and their pets).  She works to develop awareness and appreciation of the living landscape and to help us go beyond naming to observing, wondering and discovering. Ranger Jean has been collaborating with the Cambridge Wildlife Puppetry Project to make the small BIG and the dull STANDOUT.  She wants most for us to realize that we’re part of nature and nature is part of us and we are all really cool..
