Erika is currently the assistant program manager at the King Open Extended Day, a program devoted to supporting the social and emotional growth and development of students. Erika has worn many hats working for the City of Cambridge, including working with the Inclusion Initiative and the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program. She has worked as a residential counselor on a children's psychiatric unit and as a substance abuse therapist for adults. Erika embraces her role as a social worker and takes care of herself by reading, traveling and hanging out with her son!
