Ekow joined the Agenda for Children OST team in the fall of 2017 to help the team identify and highlight best practices in family inclusion and cultural competency through digital storytelling. Ekow has five years of experience building programing to promote cross-cultural understanding and youth development. He is also experienced in using storytelling as a tool for advocacy. Highlights of his work with storytelling include leading literacy focused workshops in San Francisco with 826 Valencia, facilitating a theater for social change class with disenfranchised Haitian populations in the Dominican Republic and most recently hosting a podcast for EF Education First about the transformational value of travel.
