Angie UyHam began her career as a classroom teacher in 1998 after completing a Masters in Education from Boston University. She remained in the classroom for over a decade and then extended her impact by becoming a literacy coach/reading specialist during the next decade. After almost 20 years in education, she completed an MBA from Babson College in entrepreneurial studies and founded the Cambridge Educators Design Lab. Angie is passionate about the intersection of education, innovation and social change and is working on how public schools can change the way problems are identified and addressed as a district. She believes that all teachers are innovators when given the time, space, and opportunity to do so.
