Kaitlyn Kelley

Kaitlyn Kelley graduated from Lesley University with her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Change with a minor in Education. She has worked with Cambridge Youth Programs for over ten years in several different roles. She started as a youth worker, creating and implementing a successful event planning program for middle schoolers, and winning the CYP Youth Worker All Star award in her first year. She continued to being a Program Director at the Gately Youth Center, and pursued an environment with strong relationships, youth voice and  play in all aspects of her program. Currently, Kaitlyn is in her fifth year as Center Director at the Moore Youth Center, bringing her magical, creative and youth centered atmosphere to the teen world. Wishing she was a princess, you can often catch Kaitlyn visiting Disney World, or planning her next magical vacation.
