Parkour is a movement discipline that originally developed in France in the late 1980’s and today has become one of the fastest growing sports in the world.  Join us to explore this fun, dynamic, and progressive discipline. This session is structured to provide a low-impact introduction to parkour for participants of ALL ages and fitness levels.  Participants will learn a about the history and values of parkour training, and will also learn some of the progressions and basic movements of parkour training. Recommended attire - whatever you came in!  High heels or skirts are not recommended (but still possible).
