This session is open to participants of ALL ages and fitness levels and will include a mix of group activities and projected presentation.  Participants will experience parkour from a variety of age levels (Preschool, Elementary, Teens, Adults, and Life-experienced) and learn how “risk” can be safely included into training to benefit practitioners.
