Limited Capacity filling up

We create lasting change by building awareness of our internal landscape: our mood, feelings, and emotions. Then we can choose activities and respond to events in ways that restore us. Use tools to gain control over your awareness: breathing, mantra, and diet. In this workshop, we will explore the importance and necessity of building mindfulness. We will work through discussions, group work, and exercises. Throughout the workshop, we will observe and document behaviors and habits we have that prevent us from experiencing self-care. By the end, we will create a list of activities that we can choose to restore us and to help us feel care. Create lasting change by building awareness and strengthening will.
