Get ready to play and practice new ways to scaffold those new, often scary, experiences so that young people are focused on the fun rather than fear! New experiences can unlock hidden talents, lifelong passions, and short-lived fascinations. Being engaged in a new experience is a thrill; the process involves taking risks, being vulnerable, and making mistakes. In this workshop, we will discuss and practice turning new experiences into mindful learning opportunities. Bring your curious self and leave ready to confidently lead young people into the exciting world of the new, new.
