Ayesha Wilson

The Work Force Youth Program
Senior Teacher-Counselor

Ayesha is a true Cantabridgian and an alumna of Cambridge Housing Authority's Work Force Program, where she is currently in her 7th year serving as a Senior Teacher Counselor at the CRLS site. Before joining the Work Force, Ayesha worked for the City of Cambridge Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program as a summer counselor, assistant coordinator and as the Teen Program Director at the Russell Youth Center. Ayesha is also a social worker and has a MSW and BSW from Wheelock College. Ayesha has provided In-Home Therapy and Outpatient services to young people throughout greater Boston, among many other professional pursuits and roles. Currently, Ayesha is in her first term as a Cambridge School Committee Member, running for re-election this November 2021.
